About me 

Skilled in consulting and leadership, I bring 10 years of experience guiding stakeholders and teams to deliver meaningful impact. I thrive on refining workflows and improving collaboration across design and development.

I’m currently refining design-to-code workflows, using Figma MCP server, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Kiro and experimenting with Supabase through a small app I’m building.

Focused on both people and process, I create scalable design systems, foster collaboration, and deliver solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive business results.

Education

My credentials were acquired through training in User Experience and Product Design with the Nielsen Norman Group, General Assembly, and Visual Communication Design at Temasek Polytechnic in Singapore.

Most of my learning came from work experience and simply doing. I'd rather experiment on my own time, trying things, breaking things, learning what works using AI than taking an actual course unless I absolutely have to. AI is a pretty good teacher these days, I find.

I also watch a lot of YouTube videos and listen to hours of engineer interviews. I particularly enjoy the All In, AI Engineer, Lenny's, and Lex Fridman podcasts... the number of podcasts I listen to is endless so I can't list them all here.

I have a genuine interest in tech, art, psychology, and science, and I enjoy deep conversations with engineers and artists in general. I also read official publications from Anthropic and Figma to get answers to questions. These are the ways I learn and find solutions. I like writing about new findings or insights so I can return to them or share them with others.
