Lizzie Teo has 5 years of experience in user experience research, user interface design, and 13 years in art direction and managerial roles. She believes in a collaboration-centric approach through facilitation of design thinking workshops, the utilisation of diverse ideas to drive innovation as well as effective stakeholder management — this to commit to excellent customer experience.

Lizzie just finished a contract working as the Senior UX Designer at Daisee, an Artificial Intelligence company to succesfullly deliver two of its key products to MVP stage. Previously, she held the role of Senior Consultant in the UX research and design field at PwC Australia, the Experience Centre. She worked with clients such as BHP in defining their business problems and steering the design process around UX design principles, insights and opportunities derived from user research.

Prior to joining the consulting industry, she revamped the design process and led a team of designers, illustrators and animators at 3P Learning to focus on building e-learning courses, websites and apps for teachers and students. Subsequently, she introduced the process of UX to 3P Learning to help stakeholders understand the importance human centred designs that would go on to drive ROI for the business.

Lizzie’s credentials were acquired from extensive training in User Experience and Product Design with the Nielsen and Norman Group, General Assembly and Visual Communication Design at Temasek Polytechnic in Singapore.

Lizzie believes in care and empathy for people, to continue to advocate for the customers and users, and to show strong support for the team.
